Events and Parties

Recently I had the pleasure of hosting a corporate celebration for Caitlin’s Place. The event was to honor the founder and owner, Gretchen Lewis, and to celebrate her continued success in the residential care field. Caitlin’s Place provides a safe and nurturing home-like atmosphere for teenage girls languishing in the foster care system. Indulgent Events was tasked with:

 

• Securing a Venue: www.TheLoftat600f.com

• Invitation distribution and management

• Securing a Caterer: www.cateringbyseasons.com

• Securing a DJ

• Production of promotion material’s

• Additional Decorations as needed – Floral Arrangements and Décor

• On Site management of Event

 

The atmosphere was warm and glowing, held on the top floor of The Loft at 600 F. The food and service was superb provided by Catering By Seasons. We started the evening with a Premium bar cocktail hour, featuring passed and stationary hors d’oeuvre’s.  A decadent dinner buffet featuring gourmet edibles for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Dessert was served in the form premium tiny dessert shots which allowed the sampling of various treats.
