I've been creating a lot of Wine and Champagne Bars recently. I think this trend is born out of the desire of the host to be a part of the event, and not stuck making drinks all evening. Self-Serve beverage stations are fun and practical. Guests can create their own concoctions with ingredients provided and the host can focus on other aspects of the party.

"What you see is what you get" is literally the goal of the Beverage Bar. Spirits, Wines, and Champagne are conveniently displayed and ready to pour. The guests then add mixers and fruit.

I like to provide at least one drink suggestion that ususally serves as the signature cocktail for the event.
